"I’ve had my fair share of insurance headaches- places that overcharged me, gave me bare-minimum coverage, or just didn’t care enough to explain what I was even paying for. Working with Mike and his team has been the complete opposite. They actually listen, break things down in a way that makes sense, and help you understand why a certain coverage works better for you and not just what it costs. They make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck without cutting corners. Honestly, I wish I had switched to them years ago. It feels good to finally have coverage I trust, backed by a team that’s clearly looking out for me."

"Constantly made excuses, and found more ways to get money out of us. This is probably the worst agent I have ever had. His staff is incompetent. They never answer the phone. Now because of him State farm lost a 20 year customer. It will be good for awhile, then he will start finding ways to get you."

Please remember that a healthy business relationship is a 2-way street and the medical insurance information that we requested from you, helps us to make sure YOU are properly covered in the event of a loss. If we would have received the correct documentation, we would have offered options to you and your premiums would likely have decreased. When you transferred to us 13 months ago from the other agencies you were having trouble with, we were really hoping to build a strong relationship, and we're disappointed that didn't happen. We wish you all the best."

"So disappointed in this agency. It took over 4 weeks to get a payout for a totalled car. The claim department never reached out.The agent was no help. So disappointed in how they treated a 30 year customer. The title was next day shipped at 9am the following day after the agreed settlement was offered. And still took another week to finally get the claim. Others involved in the accident had a settlement within 5 days of the accident from another insurance company. The first contact from this agency after the accident was notification of a rate increase."

"Martin- I thank you for sharing Susie's experience and agree 100% that this claim could have been handled more quickly by the Claims department. What you may not be aware of is that my team and myself were in contact with Susie on multiple occasions, along with following up with Nick, the representative handling the claim, who was new, and Tim his direct manager. As is true with all insurance companies, agents and agents' offices do not handle claims directly and have to rely on our partners at corporate. In this case, there were a number of delays from an inexperienced claim rep and the title paperwork being sent back. We are happy that Susie received her EFT payment today and I have insisted to upper-management that a complete review of Susie's Claim take place so that this doesn't happen again to any of our 50 million auto policy customers. Please know that my team truly goes the extra mile for every client and we are disappointed by the experience you had."
